Problem:
Most small businesses have no idea whether their website is exposed, slow, or supplier-ready — and a proper audit is expensive, jargon-heavy, and priced for enterprises.
Built:
A self-service platform: enter a URL and get an instant, plain-English report — security, health, or compliance readiness — with a combined Full Site Report for all three. Behind it — multi-tenant accounts, Stripe-billed scan credits and a Secure Watch monitoring subscription, reports generated through event-driven messaging on Azure and delivered via Microsoft Graph, and a dashboard that tracks findings over time. Started as a security scanner; grew into the full platform.
Outcome:
A live product, productised from the same security and systems work we do for clients — and running in production on this very site.

Scan Yer Van

Problem:
A tradesperson’s most-seen asset is the van on the road — yet it does nothing to bring in work.
Built:
A platform that turns any van into a lead generator. Vehicle details verified live against DVLA and DVSA MOT records, branded QR stickers printed and fulfilled automatically, subscription billing through Stripe, and scans enriched with location and weather — all coordinated through event-driven messaging on Azure.
Outcome:
A subscription platform where the business owns the leads and the data. Built as a standalone product under Scan Yer Van Ltd.

A charity fundraiser site for a breast-cancer awareness event — countdown, DJ lineup and schedule, venue map, and a newsletter, with an admin panel to run it all. Built free of charge.
