A trade van sits in traffic, parks outside every job, and passes thousands of people a week — yet most do nothing to bring in work. A phone number on the back is easy to forget and impossible to measure.
Scan Yer Van turns that everyday exposure into measurable leads: a set of branded QR stickers that send anyone with a phone straight to the business — and show the owner exactly what’s working.
What we built
A complete subscription platform, built end to end — from the QR stickers on the van to the analytics dashboard and the billing behind it.
Branded QR stickers
Up to four official stickers per van — nearside, offside, back and front — all pointing to a destination the owner controls and can change any time, without reprinting.
Live vehicle verification
Vehicle details are checked live against DVLA and DVSA MOT records, so a registration is verified the moment it’s entered.
Scan analytics
Every scan is counted by time and location — from simple summaries up to full analytics — so owners see what’s actually bringing in interest.
Managed print & fulfilment
Sticker artwork, printing and delivery are handled automatically. Old stickers can be retired and replaced without losing the link.
Subscriptions, tiered
Stripe-billed plans (Starter, Pro and Premium) unlock the right features per tier — from a single van to a full fleet.
